- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Covered California had accidentally canceled my insurance. Having spent an hour on the phone with them and getting no answers, I decided to look for a Covered California agent near me. CoreGen was the closest. I walked in off the street and met Carlota Garcia. What a wonderful experience I had. Carlota was not my agent, but dropped everything she was doing, and treated me as if I was her customer. She was able to get me reinstated, and get me a better plan. I transferred all my business to her. Carlota is now my agent. This was absolutely the best move I made letting Carlota handle my insurance needs.
