- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had to publish for a new business. I didn't know what I was doing or how to do it. Jan Morales of the Recorder's Office could not have been nicer...more patient, informative, instructional and pleasant. She made the whole experience positive. Even though I did not have all of the correct documents I was able to access them through her gentle advice and then completed the transaction with her help. She was so out of the norm for a typical government employee because she was genuinely concerned, compassionate and willing to guide me through the process.
