  This is the worst bank I've ever banked with. I have many examples of how they mess up: 1. Forgot to deposit a $500 check I deposited. I got a simple sorry as if no big deal. 2. Bought gas with debit in SB, bought a coffee in LA the same day. My card was immediately blocked for fraudulent activity. I got no phone call and had to ask my friend to borrow money. 3. Went to buy clothes today with my debit card, the transaction was declined. I tried to transfer money via my smartphone but the website was non-functional. I went to the nearest ATM to take money out of my savings, it was declined. Went to the bank next door, declined. Went back to the store with a personal check, declined. Then drove directly to Montecito Bank and Trust ATM, it said my account was invalid. I came home and all my money is there. I have no one to call and will not have access to money until they open Monday, which is when I plan on closing this account. 4. I have a different mailing and physical address, ordering online is a complete nightmare and about 80% of the time never work. The order would not process on the store website, but the money would be deduced from the bank. Getting this money back from MB&T took nearly a week. 5. Changed my name and address, twice. They forgot to do it. This bank is horrible. I would never recommend it. There are so many errors made its ridiculous.
