  Almost 3 years ago, while I was stopped at a stop light a drunk driver rear ended me at full speed. This caused a significant whip lash injury which made it very difficult for me to work and carry on with the responsibilities of life. I was fatigued all the time, had headaches on a regular basis, and had to go to the different doctors 3-4 times per week for months. This was all in conjunction with dealing with the stress of it limiting my ability to work and therefore creating significant loss of income. To make matters worse, the timing could not have been worse as it was during a time of transition as I had just come back from working in NYC for a period of time and was trying to get back and situated (moving, etc). Fortunately this was the first time that I had been involved in an accident which caused this much disruption and damage in my life. So I didn't have the knowledge or experience to know how to find the best attorney for myself. It took having an awful experience with a previous attorney to then find Chad Prentice (who was referred to me by a friend). Once I started working with Chad, it became apparent of just how awful the previous attorney was and how hard it can be out there when trying to find an attorney who is honest, works hard for you, and has your best interest in mind always! Chad Prentice was a great example of all of what I described above. My case was not straight forward and even though Chad was unsure that he could deliver the outcome I sought after, he believed in the possibility (was open), fought hard and his best and surprised himself by coming through on all fronts! He was kind, empathetic, communicative about all of the realities and my realistic options, and always there for me when I needed him to respond regarding my case. Most important of all I always felt that Chad had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Chad Prentice.
