- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Abusive staff. Housing authority has long list of of violation of their renter's basic civil liberties; and useses fear tactics to keep their clients quiet. I have first-hand knowledge of a client that rented their that was so harased by SBHA for exposing them for his experience and trying to get legal help that he had a major Hart attack, and when he DISAPEARED for several weeks, they evicted him while he was in the Hospital trying his best to stay alive.By Michael R DuPount, May 16, 2017
