- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Richard is apparently the only one in the office who knows actual tax preparation. The two people I dealt with were amateurs, "trained by H&R Block". My guy INSISTED that I owed taxes on the short sale of my home. (His bio claims specialty in foreclosure) Richard told him he was wrong. So, filing an EZ form with one extra page cost me $160.00.
