  My worst experience ever! The most disrespectful people that have absolutely no idea what they are doing! They call themselves tax professionals but a 10 year old kid does a better job filling your tax! They messed up my taxes twice and I got audited both time..

  First time EVER in forty years of doing taxes have I received a letter for penalties. Then trying to get customer service to have someone contact me...what a nightmare. Questions arose from this years preparation and in calling back for answers to those I'm told the person that did our preparation is only a tax season helper and not an employee, not even a CPA. Then told that the erroneous instructions SHOULD not cause a problem. Well they did and now trying to get them to cover their mistake is going around and around. Not professional, not definitive when dealing with the government? Will most assuredly not be utilizing the services of HR again. Pretty much looked like she was using a TurboTax form, but couldn't figure out instructions, kept inputting incorrect data....then charged one hundred forty two dollars in preparation fees and although penalty is relatively small it could catapult into huge issues with liens and property as the letter stated. Thanks HR for the crap pill. First one I've taken in forty years of tax preparation.

  I specifically asked not to be set up with an appointment with Sal. I confirmed an appointment with Katherine, but when I showed up to my appointment it had been changed to Sal without my knowledge or consent. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!

  DO NOT GO HERE! I used the one in Santa Barbara CA( La Cumbre Plaza) guy named Salvador Salas preppep our taxes. HORRIBLE!!!! He doesn't know what he is doing, he cannot answer your questions. Basically H&R Block sucks because they charge you more for doing the taxes than what you actually get for refund. I paid almost $500 bucks and got back nothing. Bad experience with this guy.
